HOW TO BOOK YOUR SAFARI WITH US
Wondering how to book a safari?
HERE’S HOW TO BOOK YOUR SAFARI:
- Once you’ve looked through our guide and trip samples and have an idea of what you want for your safari, you can reach out to us. Let us know your preferred package (either a ready-made one or a custom plan), along with your desired dates and group size.
- We’ll then work with you to discuss different options and suggestions until we find the perfect safari plan for you. We can consult via messages, calls, or email—whichever is easiest for you.
- Next, we’ll check the availability of the group tour schedule and accommodations. If everything is available, we’ll make provisional bookings. If not, we’ll find alternative options and send them to you. Once you approve, we’ll finalize the reservations.
- We’ll send you the payment details and an invoice for the deposit. The deposit is 10% for camping safaris, 35% for lodging safaris, and may be higher for luxury or custom safaris.
- Once we receive your deposit, we’ll send you a confirmation of your booking.
