Day 1: The Circle of Arrival in Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be meet and greet with our representatives driver guide. We will arrange your transfer to your comfortable accommodation in Arusha. It's an excellent opportunity to rest, recover from jet lag, and prepare for the exciting days ahead. On this day, you have the option to do a city tour, visit the Maasai market, and immerse yourself in the cultural lifestyle of the region.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Conservation Area

On the first day of your safari adventure, we will begin early in the morning by departing from Arusha and making your way to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The journey, which takes approximately 3-4 hours, the drive offers a glimpse of the stunning Tanzanian landscape as we drive along the Maasai land. Upon arriving in Ngorongoro, you will be greeted by the awe-inspiring views of the Ngorongoro conservation area6. After checking in at your accommodation, indulge in a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, you will set off on an exciting game drive within the Ngorongoro Crater, a place renowned for its rich wildlife diversity and the opportunity to spot the "Big Five" animals. As the sun sets, return to your accommodation for a serene evening.

Day 3: Ngorongoro to Nasera Rock

After a delightful breakfast, we will leave from Ngorongoro and drive to Nasera Rock, located in the Serengeti region. The journey itself is a scenic experience, with the chance to spot wildlife along the way. In the afternoon we will have a packed lunch on the way while enjoying the beautiful scene of the plains of the Serengeti. After lunch we will proceed driving to Nasera Rock, known for its unique rock formations and the possibility of spotting rare and intriguing wildlife, also this rock was the one that was shown in the lion king movie (1994). By late afternoon, we will reach your accommodation near Nasera Rock, and the evening is yours to relax, enjoy dinner, and soak in the tranquil atmosphere under the African sky.

Day 4: Nasera Rock to Arusha

As the sun rises on your final day, we will go on a morning game drive around Nasera Rock, taking in the distinctive rock formations and the diverse wildlife that call this area home.in the late morning we will return to Nasera rock campsite for a hearty breakfast. Then we will proceed with game drive as we leave the Nasera rock heading towards the Ngorongoro. If time& conditions allow, we might consider a visit to Olduvai Gorge, a historically significant archaeological site. We will stop for lunch at Karatu town where you will have a hot meal, then proceed with driving back to Arusha town. Expecting to arrive in the evening, where one may consider staying in Arusha or flying back home or to Zanzibar

Wet wipes in place of a shower are recommended, as are slippers/sandals. Camping equipment (tents, sleeping bags, and mattresses) will be provided. - Tents will be set up for you.

Although the camp grounds are not fenced, armed rangers patrol them (camping is safe).

It's also a good idea to stay near to the camp and avoid approaching the animals too closely. (If animals feel threatened, they will most likely escape or strike.)

Tip:

An electric adapter is recommended because Plug G is widely used in the country, however a plug can be purchased upon arrival.

What to wear:

Short and long sleeves are recommended, with dark blue and black colors avoided.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking is with 30% deposit per person which can be paid online via credit/debit card.

The final payment of 70% is due at arrival in cash preferably USD (Euro, GBP & TSHS also accepted). Credit/Debit card payments have a 3.5% surcharge

Cancellation policy:

Delayed Payments: Contact us for payment delays; we may extend deadlines.

Disasters/Emergencies: In case of a sudden disaster or emergency affecting your travel plans, notify us immediately. We’ll assess each situation individually, offering rescheduling or refunds based on the circumstances.

Regular Cancellation: Standard policy applies [2 weeks] before booking date.
